Bioseco S.A. offers bird protection systems for wind farms. Innovative detection technology based on stereovision with dedicated bird deterrent systems allows to reduce the risk of bird collision. The system is a response to the needs of the wind energy market, saving birds and protecting investors from unnecessary turbine shutdowns.

We offer Bird Protection System (BPS) for wind farms which exist in 3 versions: Standard, Premium and Long Range. Basing on AI, advanced algorithms and stereovision, each version varies between its bird detection efficiency and false positive rate which permits to avoid bird collision with WTG's blades. Additionally, Bioseco sells Rotor Monitoring System (RMS) which allows to observe rotor blade area and Tractor Detection System (TDS) which detects agricultural activity around WTG.

The system allows real-time monitoring of bird activity around the wind turbine and reduces
amount of collisions with the use of smart deterrent system or turbine stop. Bioseco develops IoT
based technology allowing the custom set up.
The system is composed of independent detection and deterrence modules allowing to cover
specific observation region. The system can classify birds by size.
False positives filtering is powered by elements of artificial intelligence.
Bird Protection System Premium
The system allows real-time monitoring of bird activity around the wind turbine and reduces
amount of collisions with the use of smart deterrent system or turbine stop. The system is composed of independent detection and deterrence modules allowing to cover specific observation region. Thanks to stereovision the system can estimate the bird distance, altitude and flight trajectory. The system is able to classify bird by size. System use 4K cameras which improve detection efficiency.

independent detection and deterrence modules allowing to cover specific observation region.
