In 1991, the organization has started its online store called Venoflex, in which you can buy compression stockings and support garments for both men and women, also pregnant ones. Each product results from close collaboration between everyone involved in setting the course of treatment, which has allowed the company to develop non-invasive venous compression solutions.

In 2018, Thuasne expanded its product range with products with a narrower/wider circumference in the following lines: Kokoon and Secret. Implementing this innovation allows professionals to adjust the product to the patient's anatomical structure in the calf or thigh area. What is important is that to meet customers' requirements worldwide, all products are designed according to the ASQUAL and RAL norms and can be worn on multiple occasions, even to formal events.
