PAIH is increasing its presence in Wielkopolska

The Polish Investment and Trade Agency has opened another Regional Trade Office. The PAIH branch in Poznań was officially opened by the Minister of Development and Technology Krzysztof Paszyk, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Development and Technology Jacek Tomczak, Deputy Chairman of PAIH’s Management Board Magdalena Skarżyńska, and the Mayor of Poznań Jacek Jaśkowiak. The office provides support for Polish companies from the entire region.

Regional Trade Office in Poznań

PAIH’s Regional Trade Offices were established in response to the needs of Polish companies throughout Poland. One of the priorities of the Agency’s regional offices is to strengthen cooperation with local economic and industry organizations and to educate SMEs operating in the region in the field of export and foreign markets. The opening of the PAIH’s Regional Trade Office in Poznań was attended by numerous representatives of Wielkopolska business and local support institutions.

Wielkopolska entrepreneurs need strong export support, which will be provided b PAIH’s Regional Trade Office. We have many brands in our region which should have foreign markets opened up to them. Entrepreneurs will be able to receive information on available business support instruments more efficiently, which will allow them to develop their own companies more dynamically and comprehensively

– added Deputy Minister of Development and Technology Jacek Tomczak.

Magdalena Skarżyńska, PAIH’s Deputy Chairman, emphasized the contribution that companies from Wielkopolska have made to the development of the Polish economy. In order to develop the full economic potential of this region, the Agency must be close to entrepreneurs, and the activity of this regional office will allow for more effective access to both them and local business support institutions with the support PAIH can offer, which includes support in the process of foreign expansion and attracting foreign investors.

The Mayor of Poznań, Jacek Jaśkowiak who took part in the opening, noted that the opening of the office will contribute to the acceleration of the development of companies from Wielkopolska in international business relations. At the same time, he emphasized the huge potential for the region’s development in the coming years and the need to support the Polish economy not only at a local level, but also within the EU community.

During the meeting, PAIH’s experts presented the support instruments that are available to entrepreneurs. Participants learned about the possibilities of cooperation in expanding into foreign markets, attracting investors, as well as the details of Poland’s presence at the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai World Exhibition.

PAIH’s Regional Trade Office in Poznań is located at 18 Głogowska Street and operates from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
