Evaporator

An evaporator is an industrial device used to thicken liquids by evaporating water or other solvents. Our evaporator is designed for efficient and energy-saving operation, making it an ideal solution for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The evaporator is particularly useful in the production of fruit juices, concentrates and other products requiring a reduction in water content while maintaining their nutritional and flavor values.

Clean in place system

The CIP (Clean-in-Place) washing station is a modern, automated system that ensures cleaning of the interior of tanks, pipes and other elements of technological installations without the need to dismantle them. The process includes pre-rinse, main wash, final rinse and disinfection, which guarantees the removal of impurities and microorganisms. It is used in many industries where cleanliness is a priority and its parameters are adjusted to the customer’s requirements.

Dispenser

A dispenser is a device that separates raw material from the carrier (water) and doses stone fruit (apples, pears, etc.), berries or root vegetables before the screw feeder in order to ensure optimal demand for the transported raw material. It consists of a structure that directs the product to the dispenser wheel and then doses and separates the product from the carrier medium. Changing the wheel speed causes the product to be dosed appropriately.
