Overband magnetic separator STM

The STM type overband magnetic separator is designed for automatic separation of ferrous metals from bulk materials transported on belt conveyors or vibrating feeders. The magnetic separator protects mills, crushers and other process machines against damage caused by iron parts such as screws, pipe pieces, bearings or crusher teeth. The STM separator is also used to recover valuable ferrous scrap in waste recycling processes.

Eddy current separator SWP

The SWP type eddy current separator is designed for automatic separation of non-ferrous metals from bulk or crushed materials. The SWP separator recovers non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, copper, magnesium, zinc and silver with high efficiency. The separator cleans recycled materials such as municipal waste, plastics, glass, wood, and others from non-ferrous metals.

Magnetic pulley BM

The BM type magnetic head pulley is designed to be built into a belt conveyor instead of the drive drum and is used to separate ferrous metals from bulk materials transported on the belt. The magnetic pulley protects mills, crushers and other process machines against damage caused by tramp metal and is a perfect complement to the over-belt separator. The BM pulley is also used to recover valuable ferrous scrap in waste recycling processes.
