Company description
Pasieka Jaros has existed since 1978. It was originally a family business dealing with bee breeding and processing bee products.
In 1991, we started to produce meads, which are now the basis of our business. The raw material for their production is bee honey, water, herbs and fruit juices. They achieve their depth of taste during many years of aging. A second section of the company deals in the production of useful and decorative ceramics (packs of honey and mead, honey drinking vessels, etc.)
Company offers
The main types of meads produced by our company:
Półtorak - produced by mixing one part honey with a half part of water. Due to the high concentration of sugars, fermentation takes a long time and mead matures after about few years of aging.
Dwójniak - produced by mixing one part honey with one part of water. Dwójniak is sweet mead with maturation lasting few years.
Trójniak - produced by mixing one part honey with two parts of water. This is semisweet mead with maturation lasting around a year.

Mead trójniak Trybunalski
The typical trójniak produced with the proportions of one part honey to two parts of water. Matures by aging. Alcohol content measuring 13%. Slightly more dry and less intense taste than dwójniak. Even so, a uniquely deep aroma provides an unforgettable sensory impressions.

Poured and sold in ceramic bottles of 100 ml, 250 ml and 750 ml, or glass bottles of 375 ml, 500 ml, 750 ml and 5000 ml.
Mead dwójniak Koronny
The typical dwójniak produced with equal parts honey and water with an admixture of fruit juices from lilac and chokeberry. Produced with a large addition of dark autumn honey. Matured by aging. Alcoholic content measures around 15%. “Koronny” stands out with its freshness and smoothness.

Mead dwójniak Maliniak
The fruity mead where minimum 30% of the water needed for production is replaced by raspberry juice. Created from the highest quality multiflower honey. Matured by aging. Alcoholic content measures around 15%. It has an unusual concentration of aroma, although it is not overly fruity.
