Unitra, established in 1961, once boasted 28 manufacturing companies and employed 100,000 people. Despite political changes, it survived and remains operational. In 2021, Unitra S.A. partnered with investor Michał Kiciński to form Unitra Sp. z o.o., tasked with developing new audio products while preserving 20th-century traditions and embracing modern sustainability principles. The organization consists of three key engineering teams responsible for mechanical engineering, software engineering.

WSH-805 Integrated Amplifier

The WSH-805 is an integrated stereo amplifier with a dual-mono configuration, inspired by the golden age of hi-fi: the 1970s. Offering a timeless design with backlit VU meters and patented automated switch technology and built using a current feedback topology, the amplifier boasts excellent performance in its fully analog audio path, including perfect channel separation and uniquely clean sound. In addition, it can be switched between class A and class AB operation.

CSH-801 E Ink Display Interface

The CSH-801 is a CD player with an on-board DAC and CD transport functionality. Designed to match the overall style of the new Unitra product line, it features a unique user interface that includes a backlit E Ink display with a pleasing and natural-looking paper-like appearance. The aluminum finish of the front panel and the CD viewport complement the design. Available in silver and black.

GSH-801 Edmund top-of-the-line turntable

GSH-801 Edmund, direct-drive unit based on a proprietary motor specifically designed by Unitra, fitted with a sophisticated speed control system that uses a custom-built stabilization algorithm. The R10 tonearm, also designed in-house by Unitra and available exclusively in the company’s turntables, is supported by two pairs of aluminum bearings. The unit features a massive solid plinth and uses an external power supply; it also provides direct tonearm access with a DIN connector.
