We manufacture parts for dosing and packaging machines, dies, molds, pump and valve components, as well as parts for production lines in the food, automotive, battery production, and underwater sensor industries, furniture fittings, and many other applications.

Precision milling machining

We perform machining on 5-axis milling centers by GROB, Hermle, +GF+, DMG Mori, and Makino with a working range of:
Xmax.=3000mm, Ymax.=1800mm, Zmax.=1250mm, and a maximum workpiece weight of 6400kg.
We offer precision machining on turning centers by Mazak, DMG Mori, and DN Solution, capable of handling components with a maximum diameter of Ø900mm, turning lengths up to 3200mm, and a maximum workpiece weight of 4000kg.
Additionally, we provide drilling services up to Ø100mm to a depth of 1000m

Grinding, EDM EDD cutting

lat grinding with a working area:
Xmax = 1200 mm;
Ymax = 600 mm;
Zmax = 400 mm.

Shaft and hole grinding with a maximum grinding diameter and length of Ø360 mm x 1600 mm.

Tool grinding on Anca machines.

Precision sinker EDM on Sodick and Accutex machines with a working area:
