The aim of ROG’s activities is to continuously monitor and analyse phenomena occurring in the economy, first of all in the area of Kuyavian-Pomeranian region. Regional Economic Observatory identifies needs, problems, expectations of economic and scientific environment. It obtains data and conducts analytical activities. It formulates recommendations in the scope of activities for economic development addressed to the self-government of the voivodeship, local self-governments and economic environment. ROG team regularly cooperates with the representatives of the economic environment.

The role of the ROG is to identify the needs, problems and expectations of the economic and scientific community, conduct analytical activities and formulate recommendations on activities for the economic development of the region.
ROG closely cooperates with public institutions, business environment institutions, universities and other research centers, collecting economic data. Reports and studies created based on these data are available on the ROG website.
